Conundrum Property Services LP
Established in March 2008, Conundrum Property Services (“CPSâ€) is focused on creating innovative products and services that provide property and asset managers with greater operating efficiencies and green technologies that reduce cost, mitigate risk and, as a result, increase asset value.
Initially, CPS will focus on enhancing energy and utility efficiencies, cost effective waste and recycling programs, and water management. In addition CPS is developing innovative green cost efficient systems to monitor energy utility usage.
Potentia Energy Partners LP
CPS, with its co-investor, Enwave Energy Corporation, has established Potentia Energy Partners LP, a renewable energy solutions company that serves a large and currently untapped retail market demand for cost effective on site green energy. Potentia Energy Partners LP provides its clients with fixed price energy solutions that cover equipment purchase, installation and servicing costs with monthly utility billing. Like other utilities, Potentia Energy Partners will own, operate and maintain infrastructure delivering a finished product to buildings.
Potentia Energy Partners closed in December of 2008 and is currently developing several projects.
