Conundrum Residential Property Income Fund
The Conundrum Residential Property Income Fund was established in
October of 2004 and owned 39 multi-unit residential buildings,
comprising 2,151 units in Southern Ontario. The Fund was fully deployed
within 36 months utilizing aggregated capital commitments of $77
million.
The Fund’s mandate was the acquisition of under-valued and
under-performing multi unit residential properties enhance cash flow
through capital improvements and professional asset management.
Investors received quarterly distributions commencing in the second
quarter of the Fund’s second year of operation.
The Fund was monetized in 2009.Â
